At SennDecor, we want the buying part to be the easy part, and that includes shipping. Every order ships free within the United States.

Shipping Locations

This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.

Delivery Times

  • Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM Pacific Time. Orders placed after this time move to the next business day, which can add a day to the estimate.
  • Order handling time: 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday. Once processed, your order goes out with one of our carriers.
  • Transit time: 6-7 business days, Monday to Friday.
  • Estimated delivery time: 7-9 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and can shift for reasons outside our control.

Carrier Services

We work with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver orders across the United States.

Shipping Costs

United States: all orders ship free, with no minimum order requirement.
International: SennDecor does not currently ship outside the United States. Orders can only be placed for delivery addresses within the US.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or goes missing, contact us right away. We will chase it with the carrier and make sure it gets sorted.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow it on our Order Tracking Page.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes appear here with a revised Last Updated date. Continuing to use our website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
